Interactive Session and Panel: Lewis Houghton Initiative Program Manager Eileen Manchester facilitates an interactive session and panel focused on teaching civics and democracy with the Library’s creative arts collections. Panel members include Elizabeth Osborn, Center for Representative Government at Indiana University, Postell Pringle, FableVision Studios, Sahar Muradi, City Lore, and Wunneanatsu Lamb-Cason, Brown University.

Lunch Keynote Speech: James Grossman, Executive Director, American Historical Association

PLOI Presentation: 2024-25 Einstein Fellows Jessica Fries-Gaither and Ralph Pantozzi discuss their work at the Library, and the connections they see between science, math, civics, and democracy.

Guided Networking Activity: Consortium members connect with members to identify common interests.

Partner Talk: Courtney Andree, Director of the Massachusetts Center for the Book, describes the goals and activities of her organization.
